Gobi Pepper Fry : Indian Food & Cooking Recipes

Ingredients
Gobi (Cauliflower) - 1 Small
Onion - 1
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Jeera powder - 1/2 Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - a pinch
Salt - as required
Oil - 3 tsp
Coriander - few

Cooking Instructions
* Chop Onions finely
* Wash and peel cauliflower florets
* Heat Oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes
* Fry onions till it turns pink in color
* Add cauliflower florets, then add pepper and jeera powder.
* Saute for few mins
* Add turmeric powder and salt
* Sprinkle some water and fry till the florets become soft
* Garnish with coriander leaves
